Terms and conditions

The terms an order is placed under: how it is accepted, prices and payment, delivery, and the law that governs it.

Last updated 7 September 2026

In short

Placing an order here is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone.

Prices are shown on the site and a delivery fee is added at checkout. Payment is cash on delivery or Whish Money.

01

Who these terms are between

Between you and Pavia, an online fashion boutique based in Beirut, Lebanon, trading at pavialeb.com.

They apply to every order placed on the site and to any order agreed with us on WhatsApp. Using the site means accepting them.

02

How an order is made and accepted

You add pieces to the cart, fill in the delivery details at checkout and place the order. That is your offer, and the confirmation on screen is the record of it, not our acceptance.

We accept when we confirm the order with you on WhatsApp or by phone. That is when there is a contract, and it is the moment the pieces are held for you.

We may decline an order: a piece has sold out, an address we cannot deliver to, or an order whose quantities look like a slip. Nothing is charged, because nothing has been paid.

03

Prices, payment and the delivery fee

  • Prices are as shown on the piece's page at the moment you add it to the cart.
  • A flat delivery fee is added at checkout and is shown in the order summary before you place the order.
  • Payment is cash to the courier on delivery or Whish Money. We take no card payment on this site and we never ask for a card number.
  • A price shown wrongly is not binding. If a piece is listed at what is obviously an error we will say so when we confirm, rather than shipping it and asking for more at the door.
04

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon by courier. A delivery estimate is exactly that: the courier is not us, and a day named is not a guarantee.

Risk in a piece passes to you when you accept it at the door, which is also when you have had the chance to look at it.

If nobody is there, the courier will normally call the number on the order. Give a number that will be answered.

05

The pieces

Photographs are of the real piece. Colour reproduces differently on different screens, and a fabric behaves differently in a photograph than in a room. That is not a fault, and the returns policy covers it as a change of mind.

Measurements on a page are the garment's, taken flat, and small variations between pieces cut from the same run are normal in clothing.

Stock is what the site says at the moment you look. Two people can reach the same last piece a minute apart, and the second one is told when we confirm.

06

Using this site

You may browse, order, share a link and quote us with a credit. You may not:

  • copy the photographs, the wordmark or the site's text for another shop,
  • place orders you do not intend to accept at the door,
  • try to reach the admin side or the database directly,
  • scrape the shop in a way that degrades it for other people.
07

What belongs to whom

The Pavia name, the wordmark, the photographs and the words on this site are ours or licensed to us. Nothing here transfers a right to use them.

If you tag us in a photograph of a piece we may reshare it with a credit. Tell us if you would rather we did not and it comes down.

08

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We keep it up and fix what we find, and we do not promise it will be reachable every minute or free of every error. It is installable and works offline from a cached copy, and a cached page can be a little behind the live catalogue.

To the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect loss, such as a plan that depended on a delivery landing on a particular day. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here reduces your rights as a consumer.

09

Governing law

These terms are governed by Lebanese law and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction. Lebanon's Consumer Protection Law No. 659 of 2005 applies to a sale made here and nothing on this page overrides it.

10

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top moves when we do, and the terms that apply to an order are the ones that were on the site when the order was placed.
